Responsibilities
-
Assist project team to arrange and promote meaningful life planning and educational activities such as workshops and talks for youth;

Provide clerical and administrative support;
-
Liaise and maintain good relations with various local and non-local partner organization, schools and students;
-
Support ad-hoc duties as assigned;
-
Outstanding performers may be awarded the chance to participate and lead the youth activities in school or organization during the period.

Requirements
-
Undergraduate student in any disciplines;
-
At least 10 working hours a week with not less than 4 consecutive hours per day (Office Hour: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm);
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office application such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Photoshop is a bonus);
-
Creative, self-initiative, caring, responsible, patient, dedicated, with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
-
A team player, ready to take on challenges, highly motivated and with keen interest in youth development;
-
Immediate availability preferable.

Marketing Assistant
Employment type: Internship

Responsibilities
-
Agree with and determined to promote life planning education and project learning;
-
Responsible to photo retouching and video editing;
-
Assist in the execution and design of offline communication channels in marketing activities, such as flyers, banners, leaflets and posters etc.;
-
Assist to plan, design and execute the marketing and promotional campaigns or events on a variety of social media and print media for school life planning events and services, etc.;
-
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by department manager.

Requirements

Undergraduate student in any disciplines(Degree holder in Marketing, PR, Advertising or other related field is preferred);
-
At least 10 working hours a week with not less than 4 consecutive hours per day (Office Hour: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm);

Proficient with Microsoft Office application such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
-
Excellent Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
-
Creative, self-initiative, responsible, dedicated, with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
-
A team player, ready to take on challenges, highly motivated and with keen interest in youth development;
-
Immediate availability preferable.
